Do you need this book?

Take a moment and answer a few questions to make sure this is the bench press strength training manual you need in your gym. After all, I don’t want you wasting your money on something you don’t need or won’t read once you get it.

Go grab a pen and circle the ones that apply to YOU.

1. Do you want to become a stronger and more powerful bench presser? Yes No

2. Do you lack the upper body strength to be competitive in the bench press? Yes No

3. Does your bench press total embarrass you? Yes No

4. Do you want a bigger more powerful chest? Yes No

5. Are you struggling to make decent gains in the bench press exercise? Yes No

6. Does your bench press have a sticking point but you don’t know how to overcome it? Yes No

If you answered YES to four or more of the questions, then clearly this bench press strength training manual is for you-guaranteed it's for you!

You can reach your goals of a massive bench press if you know how.

The Ultimate Bench Press Manual was written just for you. It has the information you want, and will need to raise your total up without winding up on so many dead end training tracks while in the process of trying to reach your goal. I know, I know, I can hear some of you saying it’s not the goal but the journey…that is nonsense and we all know it. That’s advice for those who accept mediocrity or for those who use excuses for failure. If you want real results then pay attention to the art of bench pressing, learn as much as possible and train hard, with the accent on the word HARD.

Read what Neil C. from England has to say about this manual.

Hi Danny,

I hope this mail finds you in explosive health. Thanks to your guidance my training has become almost magical. My strength gains are noticeable on almost every session (there are a couple of weaker areas I need to work on) and I find myself throwing clothes I'm unlikely to wear again! Those squats are *really* doing the job!NeilHey Danny,The hard copy of Strength Training Secrets did arrive as you promised. You know, I really like that document. The more I read it, the more I like it.It's time to gear up for the big day though so many thanks for trusting me with the site link for the ultimate bench press manual. I won't redistribute.By the way, simply changing the way I press has improved my form no end. I am so much more confident under the bar. I used to *always* have my shoulders spread and almost hanging off the bench! I have used the technique you described for two weeks and I am now pushing well over my previously recorded 1RM for entire sets.

Subsequently I'm really looking forward to my pre-comp training (which starts next week)So thanks again!

All the best,

Neil

Blast your Bench Press into the stratosphere and beyond with The Ultimate Bench Press Manual by Danny M. O’Dell, MA. CSCS*D

This is now available for you in hardcopy versions.

Here’s what elite WABDL competitor, Shauna F. the 2004 2nd and 2005 1st place finisher and world record holder in the Reno, Nevada, competition has to say about the author of this definitive bench press manual:

"With Danny's amazing wealth of knowledge, and eagerness to share his love of the sport with those around him, it's impossible not to get hooked. Under his tutelage and encouragement, I've become more fit than I have ever been, and have gone on to compete at state and world levels." - Shauna F, Washington

This truly is the Ultimate Bench Press Manual.

This is the only book of its kind on the market. I have described, listed, and demonstrated HUNDREDS of different exercises for all of the major and minor muscles that are involved in the bench press. EVERY PAGE is of immense value to bench pressing athletes like you. No matter what your sport or activity is, this book will increase your strength levels-IF you absorb and apply the information that’s in it.

Strength and Technique are the Kings in this sport and in order to succeed you must do each repetition right. No shortcuts here.

Performing the bench press exercise in a consistent and correct fashion will dramatically increase your upper body musculature, your pushing power and enable you to absorb more upper torso punishment on the playing field.

It is the exercise of choice for people like you and me, who want to build huge upper body strength and power.

I've laid my manual out so that the exercises are crystal clear. You'll find it easy to follow and will be amazed at the quality of information from page 1 right through to page 281.

I have listed EVERY muscle that is involved in the bench press and the exercises I lay out for you in this manual will make each of them stronger and more powerful if you do them.

Read what Brian Grasso of DevelopingAthletics.com has to say about my training methods and abilities:

"The fitness and sport-training industries are loaded with professionals who try to make a quick buck from the population at large with fads and gimmicks. The reality is that training for fitness or sports is a simple concept with simple procedures. Danny O'Dell is different. Perfect and to the point. His workbooks are a wonderful resource for both beginners and advanced participants." - Brian J. Grasso, Athletic Development Specialist.

I loved the challenge of collecting all of the information into one place and am confident that this manual will become your ultimate resource. Plain, pure and simple, just how I planned it. Keep in mind this important fact: It has no unsubstantiated information.

The Ultimate Bench Press Manual will help you through sticking points and will elevate you to the next level of strength and power. I'm proud of my new strength manual and know that you will love it too. It is an excellent manual made for hard training but sometimes frustrated athletes like you. Just wait until you see the results.

Here’s what my esteemed colleague Leon Watford from New York has to say:

A "labor of love" through trial and error, never compromising technique and form. Danny's books should be in your library, or it's not complete.' - Leon T. Watford, CPT, LPTA

And its true there was a lot of trial and error in my previous training endeavors; I learned a lot too from my mistakes. But these mistakes can be eliminated for you if you follow the suggestions in this huge bench press training manual.

Give this book a chance; you will be impressed with the contents-guaranteed!!!

This is the ONLY book on the market that will give you ALL the tools you need to build a MASSIVE bench press! I am so certain of this fact that IF you don't agree, then I will give you your money back.

Try it now and if you aren't 100% satisfied within sixty days just tell me, send the book back and I'll refund your money.

The bench press is unquestionably one of the favorite exercises performed in the gyms worldwide. It’s pretty easy to do, or so many people think. It makes you feel so strong and powerful doing it. And it’s certainly impressive when the forty-fives start piling up on the bar.

So why do so many physical fitness buffs have problems with this exercise? Maybe it’s because it is so deceptively simple looking. The bench press has to be developed properly or eventually your progress will stop either cold turkey or you will become injured. Which will it be in your case? Like everything else in life, it needs guidance and care to grow into a respectable lift.

When I first started lifting a long time ago in a far away place and time…no wait different story isn’t it? Anyhow, in the early days before science made such a giant difference in the way we live it was simple-just do it.

I did ok and looked good but the big weights continued to elude me. I tried all the latest magazine routines but just ended up getting hurt and losing ground. Let me give you a clue: It takes time to repair an injury so that is not the path to pursue. In fact, the one trip to the surgery ward (Ripping up a shoulder slows a person down a tad.) convinced me there had to be better way of doing things. Being unable to bench a single forty-five pound plate on each side of the bar is a humbling experience and one that I NEVER ever want to repeat again.

Next, I started buying the books and manuals from the power lifting world. I read everyone I could lay my hands on, tried the routines, was faithful to my lifting schedule, added more bodyweight, and did the accessory exercises but still I could not understand how they could add ten pounds A WEEK to their bench press. Just think about it, that’s a Heck of as lot of weight in one week, I couldn’t even squat that when I was growing up.

Then it dawned on me that just maybe some of these people were using DRUGS. Whoa, talk about a revelation. A paradigm shift of thinking. Jupiter definitely aligned with Mars on that day! It truly became the new age for this wanna be bench press wizard.

But Not Me! I was not going that route at all.

DRUGS WERE NOT GOING TO BE MY PATH TO A BIGGER BENCH PRESS.

Instead of the drugs, I figured there must be a better way to do things, no short cuts, and no damaging the body or becoming obsessive about the lift.

I began to search the literature, learning the muscles, the attachments, the bones, the energy systems; in short, everything I could to be a better bench press ‘exerciser’.

As I read, I applied what I was learning and soon had a humongous compilation of notes on the bench press. I began to get questions about how and why I was now training like I was from those in the gym and in my classrooms where I teach strength training.

Others began asking for the information I had gathered and some were adapting it to their personal training routines. Soon my printer was running out of ink as so many were requesting this information. Some of my friends suggested I make it into an e-manual so others could benefit from my mistakes and from my knowledge. I was hesitant at first but the questions continued and the encouragement to make my information available to more people was incessant....So I took the plunge and did it.

I put together all of my notes, my exercises for the many muscles that help make up a strong bench and then video taped the exact exercise movements for you to have in your own library as a reference manual.

I broke this video down into the frames so each of the illustrated exercises could be seen from the start, the middle and at the end of each exercise. This is written in a easy to comprehend manner.

This manual ended up at 281 pages long with over 450 exercise photos in it. These pictures cover the major exercises that make up a strong bench press. Some are regular moves while others are a bit different than normal.

Since I have had a shoulder surgery, I also added a section on exercises that may help in preventing shoulder problems. These need to be followed faithfully and on a regular basis or your shoulders will give out at the most inopportune time. (Usually just as your progress is really going well-words of experience talking here).

You will benefit from the collected knowledge that’s in this manual-that is my guarantee to you.

Try it and see what you think and if you don’t like what you see then send it back for a full refund.

In this 281 page manual you will find hundreds of exercises that cover nearly every muscle involved in this superior upper body exercise. There are over 450 exercise photographs in this e-book.

This manual covers every muscle used in the bench press, plus the stabilizers and antagonistic muscles as well. If you use the proper exercise guidelines and follow the suggestions in the manual YOU will get a bigger bench press!
