Here is a place that you can go to get honest answers to your questions without getting a sales pitch for everything coming down the pike.

After you've signed up you'll get a specific email address to use for sending in your questions and exercise video requests.

As it continually builds up it will become an even greater resource. If not then let me know so adjustments can be made. After all we are in this together; you with your money and me with my expertise and time spent doing it.

Questions and videos will be selected from those submitted. And if there aren't any submitted then I'll answer some of my trainees questions.

There will be exercise videos of the common but incorrectly performed movements seen in the gyms added at least once a month.

The sign up is easy and secure. You can even cancel at anytime; not that you'll want to, but the option is still there.

The initial set up fee is $5.97 and after that it is only $2.97 per month on a recurring basis.
